BACK!

now playing:
  • Hate 2 Love Her - Blake Lewis

Oh Yea. I'm back from my 4 day trip to Kota Kinabalu (That's in East Malaysia for those who don't know.)
So... I think I'll just go through the entire trip(:

Day 1

Took a 7a.m. flight, which was then delayed till 9a.m. So slept in the airport. When we touched down, it was about 12noon, so met the guide and he took us to eat lunch at a certain restaurant. There's something about food when you go with a tour. It all tastes bad. And they serve the same thing, over and over again.
Moved onto Celyn's Resort, which is about 2000m high up for the night, which had the most amazing view of Mount Kinabalu from the balcony.

OK, this was taken with all the cloud cover.

Day 2

Woke up, and saw this:

I definitely need to remember bringing the digital camera along with me. Using a handphone is... Kinda pathetic...

Went off for breakfast, and then checked out. Went to the Kinabalu National Parks with their sulfur hot springs. The canopy walkway was built by the same guy who did the one at Pahang, so it was all very familiar. Parents and sister were both scared out of their skins to run across. So, had lots of fun shaking the bridge while they were crossing(:
Oh before that, we went to see...
This:

Bet not many of you have seen this, eh?

Interestingly enough, it stank of... Well... It didn't.
Or maybe cause my sister was with me. Hmm...
Saw this interesting sundial during lunch at another resort:

Checked into a hotel in town, which had AXN. Had to watch all that CSI I was missing (:

Day 3

Snorkelling (: (: (: (: (: (: (:
I saw loads of nice stuff. But no underwater camera. No underwater photos.
So these fishes, when we went under, we brought along bottles of bread. Just those bread you get from the store, and we put them in the bread. Swam out about 40 metres from the beach (Yes, not far, but this is what you get when you have to take care of your baby kid sister.) Was feeding the fishes, when suddenly, this guy yelled, and I could hear it quite distinctly underwater.
Guy: Honey, come here and see this guy feeding the fishes! (Obviously Singaporean... But, this guy???)
Guy: Kenneth, come here and see all the fishes!

I'm seriously considering changing my name to Sylar already.
Meanwhile, some photos.

Fishy!

Fishy!

Fishy! Again!

More fishy.

Oh. On the boat ride to the island, I took this.

Hehe... Maybe I should consider taking a boat to school each morning, so I can get such a nice hairdo... (: And that's my sister.

Day 4

Came home. Nothing from today. Now I'm bored.
